A. The following projects are not eligible for inclusion in an annual report:
1.
projects eligible for funding under the Hazardous Waste "Superfund"
Program;
2. projects eligible for
funding under the Statewide Flood Control Program;
3. projects listed in a previous Annual
Report and for which a state grant under the provisions of Act 625 of 1983 has
already been offered;
4. projects
for which there is an incomplete or incorrect application including supporting
documents;
5. projects which are
not included in a regional report of a regional planning commission.
