A. All correspondence to the department shall come from the municipality, not the individual recipient. In all correspondence, the municipality shall include the recipient's full name, Social Security number, and the name, address, telephone number, and official e-mail address of the municipality. The subject matter line of the e-mail must include the Police, the name of the municipality, and the reason for the e-mail, for example: Police-Bossier City PD-Warrant/Application/Change.
