Section I-2315 - Reporting; Additional Disclosure Requirements under R.S. 33:9666(E)

A. If more than 25 local governmental officials are invited to a reception, social gathering or other function during a reporting period, then R.S. 33:9666(E) requires that the following information be disclosed on Schedule B of the expenditure report:
1. the name of the group or groups of persons
invited to the function;
2. the
date of which the function was held;
3. the location of the function, including
the address of the function;
4. all
expenditures made in connection with the function.
