A.
1. A
pool that is not in use and/or not intended for use that presents a situation
endangering the public health as deemed by the state health officer, shall be
either:
a. emptied;
b. filled with inert material;
c. covered and anchored; or
d. addressed by other methods submitted to
and approved by the state health officer.
2. The owner and/or lessee shall jointly be
held liable.
