A. Trucks or vendors selling packaged food products such as ice cream, frozen novelties, meats, etc. shall operate from a base of operation where leftover products may be properly stored and inspected and the vehicle serviced. Packaged potentially hazardous foods shall be stored in accordance with §1309 of this Part.
