A. The following limitations/requirements shall apply to indirect waste pipes.
1. Indirect waste piping exceeding 2 ft (610
mm) long shall be trapped.
2. The
maximum length of the indirect waste to indirect waste receptor shall not
exceed 15-feet (4527 mm). Should an indirect waste pipe exceed 15 feet in
length, a local vent shall be provided at a maximum of every 15 feet in
length.
B. Cleaning. Indirect waste piping shall be so installed as to permit ready access for flushing and cleansing.
