A. An operation and maintenance manual shall be supplied to the water supply system as part of any proprietary unit installed in the facility.
B. The manual shall provide:
1. a parts
list;
2. a parts order
form,
3. operator safety
procedures; and
4. an operational
trouble-shooting section.
