A. Each plant shall be equipped with adequate sanitary facilities and accommodations including, but not limited to, the following Paragraphs in this Section.
1. [formerly paragraph 6:064] Water Supply.
The water supply shall be sufficient for the operations intended and shall be
derived from a potable source. Any water that contacts foods or food contact
surfaces shall be safe and of sanitary quality. Running water at a suitable
temperature and under pressure as needed shall be provided in all areas where
the processing of food, the cleaning of equipment, utensils, or containers, or
employee sanitary facilities require.
2. [formerly paragraph 6:065] Sewage
Disposal. Sewage disposal shall be made into a sewerage system or by other
means approved by the state health officer.
