A. Immunization delivery services are available to each individual in Louisiana. A $5 fee will be collected in parish health units for each childhood vaccination visit by a patient whose other pediatric services are provided outside the Department of Health and Hospitals system. No One will be denied services due to inability to pay .All persons in the state may be considered to be at risk of infection although the target population are individuals susceptible to the following vaccine preventable diseases: Diphtheria, Tetanus, Pertussis, Poliomyelitis, Rubeola, Rubella, Mumps, and Haemophilus influenzaeb..
