A. The department hereby adopts and incorporates into these regulations:
1. the "National Primary Drinking Water
Regulations," 40 CFR 141, July 1, 2019 edition;
2. the "National Secondary Drinking Water
Regulations," 40 CFR 143, July 1, 2019 edition; and
3. the Manual for the Certification of
Laboratories Analyzing Drinking Water, Criteria and Procedures Quality
Assurance Fifth Edition (EPA 815-R-05-04) January 2005 including Supplement
1(EPA 815-F-08-006), June 2008, both published by the United States
Environmental Protection Agency (USEPA or EPA).
