A. The purpose of the Standards for Infant Intervention Programs is to:
1. implement the law and comprehensive plan
for mental retardation and developmental disabilities services in Louisiana;
and
2. establish a minimum level of
standards for Office of Mental Retardation/Developmental Disabilities (OMR/DD)
Infant Intervention Program.
B. OMR/DD will establish procedures and guidelines as necessary to implement the standards.
