A. A nursing home shall provide for an ongoing program of diverse and meaningful activities designed to meet the interests and the physical, mental, and psychosocial wellbeing of each resident.
B. The activities program encourages each resident's voluntary participation and choice of activities based upon his/her specific needs and interest.
