Section I-8007 - License Renewal Process

A. A CRCC license must be renewed annually.
B. An agency seeking a renewal of its CRCC license shall:
1. request a renewal packet
from the bureau if one is not received at least 45 days prior to license
expiration;
2. complete all forms
and return to the bureau at least 30 days prior to license expiration;
and
3. submit the current annual
licensing fees with the packet. An application is not considered to have been
submitted unless the licensing fees are received.
