A. Ongoing monitoring and evaluation of the program will be conducted by the Quality Management Section of the BPCRH.
1. Strengths and weaknesses of the program
and state policy affecting CAHs will be assessed, with the goal of identifying
problem areas and developing solutions.
2. Results will be reported to the BPCRH
Director who will assign program staff to work with other state agencies and
interested parties to determine the necessity of changes and updates to the
Plan and state policy.
3. All Plan
changes will be forwarded to HCFA for review and approval.
