A. A BHS provider shall deliver all services according to a written plan that:
1. is age and culturally appropriate for the
population served;
2. demonstrates
effective communication and coordination;
3. provides utilization of services at the
appropriate level of care;
4. is an
environment that promotes positive well-being and preserves the clients human
dignity; and
5. utilizes
evidence-based counseling techniques and practices.
B. The provider shall make available a variety of services, including group and/or individual treatment.
