Section I-5085 - Operational Requirements for In-Home Respite Care

A. All in-home respite care service providers shall:
1. make available to clients, the
public and HSS the day and hours that respite is to be provided;
2. make available to clients, the public and
HSS a detailed description of populations served as well as services and
programming; and
B. In-home respite care service provider's shall have sufficient administrative, support, professional and direct care staff to meet the needs of client's at all times.
