A. Capacity. A provider shall not exceed the maximum capacity determined by the fire marshal's office.
1. Other Jurisdictional Approvals. A provider
shall be licensed by the Department of Health and Human Resources, Division of
Licensing and Certification.
C. Staff Coverage
1. During waking hours, a provider shall have
at least one direct service worker on duty at all times.
2. During sleeping hours, a staff member
shall be present and easily accessible to clients.
3. A provider shall make sufficient
provisions for housekeeping and maintenance to ensure that direct service staff
are able to adequately perform direct care functions.
4. A provider utilizing live-in staff shall
have sufficient relief staff to ensure adequate off-duty time for live-in
staff.
