A. The department may deny an application to renew a license or may revoke a license pursuant to the process and procedures contained in the department's statutory and promulgated licensing standards applicable to each facility.
B. Voluntary Non-Renewal
1. If a facility fails
to timely renew its license, the license expires on its face and is considered
voluntarily surrendered.
2. There
are no appeal rights for a voluntary surrender as this is a voluntary action on
the part of the facility.
