A. Any person who owns or operates an establishment that engages in wholesale distribution shall:
1. report to the
appropriate federal official, on an annual basis on a schedule determined by
the appropriate federal official:
a. each
state by which the wholesale distributor is licensed and the appropriate state
license number issued by the state to the wholesale distributor; and
b. the name, address, and contact information
of each wholesale distributor facility at which, and all trade names under
which, the wholesale distributor conducts business; and
2. report to the appropriate federal official
within a reasonable period as determined by the appropriate federal official,
any significant disciplinary actions, such as the revocation or suspension of a
wholesale distributor license, as taken by any state or federal agency against
the wholesale distributor during the reporting period.
