Section XXXI-1703 - Services Performed at the Residence of a Disabled Person

A. Services. A cosmetologist, esthetician or manicurist may perform services at the residence of a client who is chronically ill or disabled.
B. Requirements. A client shall be considered chronically ill or disabled if:
1. the client
provides the cosmetologist, esthetician or manicurist with a physician's
certificate indicating that the client is chronically ill or
disabled;
2. the client provides
the cosmetologist, esthetician or manicurist with evidence that the client has
been awarded Social Security Disability or Supplemental Security Income
Disability Benefits.
