A. The provisions of this Chapter shall not prevent, restrict the practice, services, or activities of any individual:
1. licensed by
other laws in this state from engaging in the profession or occupation for
which he or she is licensed; or
2.
employed as a medical psychologist by the United States government when
practicing solely under the direction or control of the United States
government agency by which he or she is employed.
