A. The advisory committee on clinical exercise physiology (the "committee"), as established, appointed, and organized pursuant to R.S. 37:3427 of the Act is hereby recognized by the board.
B. The committee shall:
1. have such authority as is accorded it by
the Act;
2. function as prescribed
by the Act;
3. advise the board on
issues affecting the licensing of clinical exercise physiologists and on the
regulation of clinical exercise physiology in the state of Louisiana;
and
4. perform such other functions
and provide such additional advice and recommendations as may be requested by
the board.
