Section XLIII-909 - Seal and Display of License Number

A. An applicant for licensing who complies with all requirements established therefor, including the successful completion of an examination where applicable, shall beissued a certificate by the board to evidence such licensing. Each holder of a license shall secure a seal of such design as is prescribed in the rules of the board. All drawings, renderings, or specifications prepared by the holder or under his supervision shall be imprinted with his seal.

B. The seal to be used is identified in the following illustration.

C. Any licensed or registered interior designer who advertises his services through any medium, including but not limited to advertising in newspapers, magazines or on television, websites and emails, and to stationery and business cards, shall indicate in such advertisement his name, business address and registration number.
