Section XIX-307 - Duties of the Treasurer

A. The duties of the treasurer include, but are not limited to:
1. responsibility for the maintenance of the
accounts of the board and the preparation of a financial report once a year, as
of June 30; and
2. submittal of an
annual budget to the board for its approval;
3. the treasurer may delegate duties related
to his areas of responsibility to the executive director and/or other board
personnel as may be appropriate in the circumstances.
