A. The answer shall:
1. conform to the requirements for answers
under the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure;
2. contain a specific detailed statement of
any affirmative defense or matter in extenuation or mitigation;
3. contain a clear and concise statement of
the facts and matters of law relied upon constituting the grounds of the
defense or the basis for extenuation or mitigation.
