A. At all LRF events there shall be in attendance two physicians who are licensed in the state of Louisiana. Both physicians must be in attendance at ringside at all times during the fight:
1. a fight/round
shall not begin unless the referee insures that both ringside physicians are
present at ringside; and
2. at
least one of the two ringside physicians shall be certified as an expert in the
area of plastic surgery.
