A. Each contestant participating in any sport under this commissions jurisdiction must furnish to the commission physician a certified medical certificate evidencing that the contestant has been tested for current 4th generation immuno assay for HIV, Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C and said test results are negative. Said tests and certificates shall be dated not more than six months prior to the scheduled event. Said certificate is to be presented at least five business days prior to any event to the commission with the only exception to be those allowed by the commission on a case by case basis to extend the time period for submission of the test results, or to require the test results be submitted earlier than five day prior.
