Section XCI-1301 - License Requirements

A. No person may engage in wholesale distribution of drug products in the state unless such person:
1.
a. is licensed by the state from which the
drug product is distributed; or
b.
if the state from which the drug product is distributed has not established a
licensure requirement, is licensed by the appropriate federal official in
accordance with federal regulation; and
2. if the drug product is distributed
interstate is licensed by the state into which the drug product is distributed
if the state into which the drug product is distributed requires the licensure
of a person that distributes drug products into the state.
