A. All persons employed in a barber shop shall wear clean outer garments or uniforms at all times when working in a barber shop.

B. Each barber shall cleanse his hands thoroughly with soap and water immediately before serving each customer. Liquid or powdered soap in a shaker or dispenser-type container shall be provided.

C. No person who has any infectious disease or who has any communicable infection of the skin shall work or be permitted to work in a barber shop.
