A. The organizer or promoter of a new motor vehicle auto show shall be required to obtain a license from the commission and its request for a license shall consist of the following:
1. the application
shall be on a form prescribed by the commission and shall require such
information as the commission deems necessary to enable it to determine the
qualifications and eligibility of the applicant;
2 a license fee of $500;
3. the license shall be for the new motor
vehicle auto show subject of the application.
