A. The grounds for revoking a well driller's license shall be as follows (R.S. 38:3098.4):
1. that he has intentionally made a material
misstatement in the application for such license; or
2. that he has willfully violated any
provisions of this Part; or
3. that
he has obtained, or attempted to obtain, such license by fraud or
misrepresentation; or
4. that he
has been guilty of fraudulent or dishonest practices; or
5. that he has demonstrated lack of
competence as a driller of water wells; or
6. that he has failed or refused to file
reports as required under the provisions of this Part; or
7. that he has willfully and contumaciously
refused to obey reasonable orders, rules and regulations of the department of
Transportation and Development, Office of Public Works.
