A. The fees and penalties of the ADRA shall not exceed the following amounts.
1. Addiction Counselor and Prevention

9. The ADRA may
impose an administrative fee not to exceed $500 for each violation of its
regulations committed by any person holding any ADRA practice credential, ADRA
specialty certification, ADRA training status or other professional or
para-professional status offered or recognized by the ADRA.
