Section LXXI-303 - Officers of the Board

A. The officers of the board shall be elected at each annual meeting.
B. The term of the officers shall be for one year.
C. Officers may be reelected for additional terms.
D. The officers shall consist of a chairman, vice-chairman, and secretary.
E. The secretary shall serve as treasurer.
