Section LXVI-1105 - Qualifications of Applicants for Licensure

A. An applicant for licensure under the provision of this Chapter must verify by oath or affirmation that he:
1. is at least 18 years old;
2. is of good moral character;
3. is not in violation of any of the
provisions of this Chapter and the rules and regulations adopted
hereunder;
4. has successfully
completed a course of study in radiography, radiation therapy technology,
nuclear medicine technology, or fusion technologist as approved by the board in
accordance with standards promulgated by the board.
5. has successfully completed a course of
study in radiography, radiation therapy technology, nuclear medicine
technology, or fusion technologist as approved by the board in accordance with
standards promulgated by the board.
