A. A request for a hearing on a complaint before the Board of Private Investigator Examiners shall contain the following:
1. the
full name, address, and telephone number of the person requesting the
hearing;
2. the full name, address,
and telephone number of any person whose interest could be affected by the
hearing;
3. a plain and concise
statement of the complaint;
4. a
receipt showing a copy of the complaint has been sent to the person, or to a
statement from the executive director stating that a copy of said complaint had
been delivered to the person named in the complaint;
5. all complaints or requests for a hearing
before the Private Investigator Examiners Board, must be made by certified or
registered mail to the executive director or the PI Board.
