A. In addition to the requirements for licensing renewal set forth in R.S. 37:3517, applicants for licensing renewal shall be required to submit a certification to the board that the applicant for license renewal has not been convicted of a felony during the past year. The fee notice sent out for licensing renewal shall contain this certification.
