A. Each board member shall:
1. represent himself as a
board member only in official board activities;
2. attend and take an active part in all
board meetings;
3. review financial
reports, and all correspondence sent to them pertaining to board
business;
4. promptly respond to
all mail polls.
B. No board member shall correspond or conduct himself in any manner tending to create an appearance of official board action without specific written authority of the board.
