A. This Part shall apply to:
1. all cities, towns, villages,
communities and public sewerage and/or water districts in the state of
Louisiana;
2. all areas within 1
mile of the boundary of any city or sewer or water districts referred to above;
and all areas within 1 mile of the community, sewerage or water facilities of
the areas referred to above;
3.
nothing herein contained shall be construed to apply to any employee of any
municipal department or gas, sewer, and/or water district system.
