A. In addition to violations specified in R.S. 37:3270 et seq., and the other parts of these rules, the following shall be considered violations by a registrant:
1. performing security duties for any other
person other than the licensee with whom he is registered;
2. failure to sign registration
card;
3. failure to affix a
photograph of registrant, taken within the last six months, to registration
card;
4. failure to timely
surrender registration card when required to do so;
5. possession or use of any registration card
which has been improperly altered;
6. defacing of a registration card;
and
7. allowing improper use of a
registration card.
