A. Any permit may, for good cause, be suspended or revoked by the president if the permittee is found to have violated any provisions of these rules, the Act, or objective criteria established by the corporation.
B. Any permit granted by the corporation pursuant to these rules and the Act will specify the reasons for which any permit may be suspended or revoked by the corporation, which reasons include but are not limited to:

If, in the discretion of the president, suspension or revocation of a permit is in the best interests of the lottery, the public welfare, or the state of Louisiana, the president may suspend or revoke, after notice and a hearing, any permit granted pursuant to these rules or the Act. Such permit may, however, be temporarily suspended by the president without prior notice, pending any prosecution, hearing, or investigation, whether by a third party or by the president. A permit may be suspended or revoked by the president for any one or more of the reasons enumerated herein.
