Section XVII-2905 - Hearing Notice

A. The procedure required to hold a hearing shall include reasonable notice by registered or certified mail, or by hand with signature indicating receipt. The notice will include:
1. a statement of the
time and place of hearing;
2. the
identity of the hearing officer;
3.
a statement of the authority and jurisdiction under which the hearing is to be
held;
4. a reference to the
particular section of the Act, regulations, grant or other agreements under the
Act involved;
5. notice to the
parties of the specific charges involved;
6. the right of both parties to be
represented by legal counsel;
7.
the right of each party to bring witnesses and/or documentary evidence;
and
8. the right of each party to
cross examination.
