Section XVII-1301 - Content of and Monitoring Subcontractors and/or Third Party Agreements

A. The Department of Labor reserves the right to review and monitor the activities covered by any contract or third party agreement entered into by subgrantees.
B. Contract Content. All subcontracts and agreements entered into by subgrantees utilizing CSBG funding shall contain at a minimum the following information:
1. name,
address and federal employer identification number of the contractor or third
party;
2. a description of services
to be offered;
3. the maximum fee
to be charged;
4. the contractor
agrees to pay all taxes associated with the contract from funds
received;
5. the contractor agrees
to make all records available to the legislative auditor of the state of
Louisiana;
6. the starting and
ending date of the contract;
7. the
signature of both parties.
