A. The following shall not be deducted from benefits of domestic violence victims:
1. severance pay;
2. vacation pay;
3. holiday pay;
4. bonus pay;
5. WARN Act pay;
6. wages in lieu of notice;
7. separation/dismissal pay;
8. tips/gratuities;
9. Workers' Compensation;
10. military retirement pay; and
11. other periodic payment based on previous
work.
