A. In accordance with R.S. 44:408, the State Records Center may accept records from state agencies when they meet the following criteria.
1. The records are scheduled on an approved
records retention schedule.
2. The
records belong to an office of the state executive or legislative branches of
Louisiana government.
3. The
records are considered inactive (not from current operational year).
