A. The department/agency shall:
1. designate a
campaign coordinator;
2. provide
time during normal working hours for volunteers to perform their assigned
campaign responsibilities and for campaign presentations to all
employees;
3. only accept the
standard state combined charitable campaign deduction authorization form
(SED-8);
4. forward all SED-8 forms
to the PCFO.
