Section V-680 - What records must I maintain concerning my RAP?

A. You are required to keep records of:
1. all data used to complete RAP applications
and any supplemental information that you submit for a period of at least three
years from the date the application is signed; and
2. any operating and/or other records the
administrative authority requires you to maintain as a condition of your
RAP.
