A. A small quantity handler of universal waste who sends universal waste to a foreign destination, other than to those OECD countries specified in LAC 33:V.1113.I.1.a (in which case the handler is subject to the requirements of LAC 33:V.Chapter 11.Subchapter B), must:
1. comply with the
requirements applicable to a primary exporter in LAC 33:V.1113.D, G.1.a-d,
G.1.f, G.2, and H;
2. export such
universal waste only upon consent of the receiving country and in conformance
with the EPA Acknowledgment of Consent as defined in LAC 33:V.1113;
and
3. provide a copy of the EPA
Acknowledgment of Consent for the shipment to the transporter transporting the
shipment for export.
