Section V-2804 - Design and Installation of New Drip Pads

A. Owners and operators of new drip pads must ensure that the pads are designed, installed, and operated in accordance with LAC 33:V.2804.A.1 or 2.
1. All of the
requirements of LAC 33:V.2805 (except LAC 33:V.2805.A.4 and B), 2807, and 2809
must be met.
2. All of the
requirements of LAC 33:V.2805 (except LAC 33:V.2805.C), 2807, and 2809 must be
met.
