Section III-1502 - Applicability

A. The provisions of this Chapter are applicable to the following sources:
1. new or existing sulfuric acid production
units;
2. new or existing sulfur
recovery plants; and
3. all other
single point sources that emit or have the potential to emit 5 tons per year or
more of sulfur dioxide into the atmosphere.
