Section I-6901 - Applicability

A. The requirements of these regulations apply to:
1. the release
or potential release of a pollutant resulting from an off-site
emergency condition, as defined by this Chapter;
2. any incident that has been declared an
emergency by the secretary in accordance with
R.S.
30:2033; and
3. the transportation, receipt, and storage
of material resulting from the cleanup and/or abatement of an off-site
emergency condition.
